While raising arms to the sky and looking up say or chant the following; (done outside)
"Oh Gods and Goddesses above,
I summon thee winds to change direction and force,
come to me, Blow wind Blow, I summon the rain to fall upon this earth and to blow, flow with the wind, blow wind blow"
(repeat and shout until the desired effect happens, keep repeating until it flows and blows as hard or strong as you wish, do not take advantage or use in negative cause)
